空间相机支撑组件的振动特性研究

       支撑组件作为连接空间相机与卫星的部件, 应具有多重功能, 以适应相机运载和空间应用的需求。动力学设计应满足相机与卫星平台的共振频率错开, 避免共振, 并尽量降低响应幅值。为实现这一目标, 建立支撑组件与空间相机的两自由度振动模型, 改变支撑组件的刚度和阻尼, 观察相机响应的变化规律。结果表明, 支撑件的刚度对空间相机整机的共振频率起决定性的作用, 较大的阻尼能在一定程度上降低共振幅值。根据模型的指导, 提高阻尼系数有利于减小响应幅值, 选择将支撑组件中的部分零件使用阻尼合金。试验表明, 空间相机各方向上的共振频率在可用范围内, 共振幅值降低了15%以上。

       The support components should have multiple functions in order to adapt to the needs of the camera carrying and space applications. Kinetic design should avoid resonance of the camera and satellite platform, and try to reduce the amplitude of the response. A two-degree-of-freedom vibration model of the support components and space camera is established to observe camera vibration response with the different stiffness and damping of the support components. The results show that the stiffness of the support components mainly influences the camera resonance frequency, and larger damping can reduce the resonance amplitude. Under the guidance of the model, using damping alloy can reduce the amplitude of the response because of the larger damping coefficient. According to the tests, space camera resonance frequency is within the available range and amplitude in each direction reduces more than 15%.
